Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together. The create a small hole/well in the middle of the dry mixture (This is where you will pour the upcoming wet mixture). Do not include the apple or walnuts in either of these mixtures.

3Combine all the wet ingredients together. Then pour them into the well you made in the dry mixture. Mix them together until moistened.

4Fold in the apples/walnuts.

5Put them into muffin tins (Of course with muffin papers already placed in them). Bake for about 25 minutes

6Remove from oven to cooling racks and let cool.

Ingredients

1/3 of a cup of Agave Nectar

1 cup of whole wheat flour

2/3 of a cup of all-purpose flour

1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 of a teaspoon of pumpkin spice

1/2 of a teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 of a teaspoon of salt

1 cup of canned pumpkin

1/4 of a cup of applesauce

2 beaten eggs

1/4 of a cup of almond milk

2 tablespoons of cooking oil

1/2 of a cup of finely chopped apple

1/4 of a cup of chopped walnuts
