Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Muffins: So Natural You’ll Think That You Grew These Muffins On A Vine!

Preheat The Oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Beat the egg, almond milk, and butter together. Then throw the rest of the ingredients in there and beat until the flour is just moistened (Don't overbeat it!). You should expect a bit of a lumpy batter, this is normal.

Pour the mixture into your muffin tins until each pocket is about 2/3rd's full.

Bake for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown.

Make sure you remove the muffins from the pan fairly promptly in order to have a crispier bottom (much more tasty this way!)


1/3 of a Cup of Agave Nectar

A Pinch of Stevia Organic Extract Powder (Optional).

3/4 of a cup of almond milk

1/4 cup melted butter

1 egg

1 and 3/4's of a cup of all-purpose flour

2 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

3/4 of a teaspoon of salt

1/2 a cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Click the link to learn how to make them!)

1/2 a cup of chopped walnuts
