1Preheat The Oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
2Beat the egg, almond milk, and butter together. Then throw the rest of the ingredients in there and beat until the flour is just moistened (Don't overbeat it!). You should expect a bit of a lumpy batter, this is normal.
3Pour the mixture into your muffin tins until each pocket is about 2/3rd's full.
