1Mix all the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl until completely smooth.
2Line a baking pan with parchment or wax paper folding the corners. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth with a spatula.
3Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for two hours or until completely hardened.
4Cut into squares and store fudge in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
1 cup of unsweetened peanut butter
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup unsweetened coco powder
2/3 cup of agave
3 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. of stevia
