Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3Combine all the "BREAD" ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, putting the small apple chunks in last. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour it into the 9x5 pan.

4Combine a pinch of stevia, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over smoothed batter. Using a knife, cut in the pan a light swirling motion to give a marbled effect.

5Bake for 50 Minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean the recipe is fully cooked.

Ingredients

The Bread:

2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

1/4 of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder

2 Teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 a teaspoon of Baking Soda

1 and 1/2 Teaspoons of ground Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of Salt

1 cup of Almond Milk Combined with a Tablespoon of Vinegar

1/4 of a cup of vegetable oil

2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

2 Cups of Chopped apples

The Topping:

A Pinch of Stevia

1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

2 Teaspoons of Butter
