These are the ingredients we will need to make this super simple, wonderful treat.
Alright, heat agave in a medium sized sauce pan on med-high heat.
Add almonds and mix in with the agave, make sure they are all covered
Constantly stirring let agave softly boil around almonds 10-15min
When the almonds and agave start smell and look slightly burnt, and slide slowly off the spatula, remove from heat.
Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper
Separate the almonds from each other as quickly as possible so they don’t all end up stuck together.
Let cool (speed the process up by putting in the fridge or freezer).
Once cooled, break the almonds up and serve however you like, or put in little love packages for friends or loved ones. 🙂
