And I’m about to pass that knowledge and research on to you!
What is Chocolate?
It’s important to understand the fundamentals of any food in order for my sugar free philosophy to work. What is my philosophy again?
“If you understand the basics of any ingredient or food item, you can then substitute each and every part you can’t eat, until you have created a safe, alternative recipe”.
So what is chocolate then?
Most chocolate is made up of these key components:
- Cocoa Butter
As usual, I will use an array of Sugar Substitutes to replace the sugar.
And for the milk I use any of the alternative types of milk such as Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk.
In reality, making Sugar Free chocolate is much easier than most of you think.
And you are about to find out exactly how easy it is!
