Directions

1Preheat the over to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottoms of 8-12 medium-large muffin tray slots with shortening, and then spray tray with cooking spray.

2Sift all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then mix the wet ingredients in a medium bowl, and pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ones. Mix until just moist.

3Pour the mixture into your prepared trays until each one is 2/3 full, and then bake for 20+ minutes until the muffins are golden brown. Wait for 5 minutes after, and then remove them from the trays.

4Optional: Mix some agave and cinnamon together, and then pour it on top of the muffins for a sweet cinnamon topping.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Almond Milk

3/4 of a Cup of Agave Nectar

1 Beaten Egg

1 and 1/2 Cups of Flour

2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 a Teaspoon of Salt

1/4 of a cup of oil (or even less! Put this in last, and if the mixture seems wet enough already, you can omit it altogether!)
