My Delectable Sugar Free Pecan Pie: It’s Nuts!

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

2Melt butter in a medium sized pot with erythritol & agave; until smooth. Mix melted mixture and eggs together.

3Line a 9-inch pie pan with the pie dough. Put pecans on the bottom of the pie shell.

4Pour in the pecan pie filling mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes until filling sets. Take that pie out and cool it!


1/3 of a cup of melted butter

1 tsp erythritol

1 1/2 cup of agave

3 eggs

Pie dough for a single 9-inch crust

1 cup of pecan halves

Okay, first we want to make sure we have all the ingredients we need to make this super easy but delicious dessert.

Then we are going to melt our butter in a medium-sized saucepan, with the erythritol and agave…

…until it’s fully combined and smooth.

Next we will add our eggs into the melted ingredients and fully combine.

Line the pie crust with the pecans.

Pour the liquid mixture into the pie shell & over the pecans (you will notice the pecans float to the top, this is totally normal; do not worry).

Fire that baby into your pre-heated oven, cook at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until the pie filling sets.
