Never Eat A Sugar Ridden Lollipop Again With These Sugar Free Suckers!

Directions

Preheat Oven to 290 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the Erythritol, and water in a lightweight pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Add candy thermometer, cook to hard crack stage (290 degrees) and remove from heat.

When bubbles simmer down, stir in oil flavoring and liquid food coloring as desired.

Pour hot candy mixture into prepared molds. Stick in your sucker sticks. Remove suckers from molds when cool and beginning to hold their shape. Place on another flat surface to continue cooling.

Do whatever you want with them once they are cooled!

Ingredients

1/2 of a cup of water

1/4 of a teaspoon of candy flavoring oil (not the extracts)

Liquid food coloring (whatever color you like!)

Sucker Sticks (The White Ones)

1 and 1/2 of a cup of Erythritol

A Candy Thermometer
