Never Experience A Dry Muffin Again! My Sugar Free Applesauce Muffins Are Moist And Delicious!

1Preheat the over to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottoms of 12 muffin tray slots with shortening, and then spray tray with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, mix the applesauce, agave, egg and butter together. In a medium sized bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Mix wet and dry ingredients all together.

3In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, and agave nectar. Beat it well.

4Combine the wet and dry mixtures; mix until just moistened.

5Pour the mixture into your prepared trays, and then bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown. Wait for 5 minutes after, and then remove them from the trays before serving.


3/4 of a Cup of Agave Nectar

1 1/2 Cups of Unsweetened Applesauce

1 slightly beaten egg

1/3 of a cup of melted butter

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 cups of flour

1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon
