1Preheat the over to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.

2In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. After they are well mixed, take a slightly smaller bowl and mix all the wet ingredients together in it. Now pour mix the dry and wet mixtures in the large bowl.

3Pour mixture into lightly greased muffin tins, and then bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins pass the toothpick test (Insert a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out dry the recipe is ready).

4Wait for 5 minutes after they are done cooking, and then remove them from the trays.


2 cups of bran

1 ¼ cups of almond milk

1 cup of raisins

1 cup of flour

1/2 a Cup of Agave Nectar

¼ cup of cornmeal

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt
