1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and set aside.

2In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder, and set aside.

3Place the egg, stevia, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl, and beat well with a wooden spoon or an electric hand-held mixer. Slowly add the butter, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

4Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, just a bit at a time. Keep mixing it in as you mix them in. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5Drop tablespoons of batter on the cookie sheet, a few inches apart. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon white stevia powder

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1 cup salted butter, softened

1 and 1/4 cups of Scharffen Berger Unsweetened Cacao Baking Chocolate (Cut into chunks to make chocolate chips).
