Forget The Ice Cream Machine – A Sugar Free Lemon Sorbet

1In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir agave, stevia, and water until mixture comes to a boil.

2Reduce heat and leave uncovered for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel.

3Cover and freeze for 4 hours.

4Remove from the freezer. After 15 minutes it will be fine to serve!


3/4 of a Cup of Agave Nectar

1/8th of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder (Or another 1/4 cup of Agave Nectar if you don't have any).

1 cup of water

3/4 of a cup of lemon juice

3 Tablespoons of grated lemon peel
