Sugar Free Banana Cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a baking tin.

2Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together by passing them through a sieve a couple of times

3Beat the eggs, add erythritol, stevia and vanilla extract to the mix. Add the butter, banana, dry ingredients, and milk and mix well.

4Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake 50-55 Minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 10 Minutes. Cut the cake in slices and serve.


2 cup of sifted common flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

1/4 cup erythritol

2 tsp stevia

1/2 cup of soft butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1 cup banana (finely chopped, soft or frozen and thawed)
