Sugar Free Smoked Candied Almonds

1Heat agave in a medium sized sauce pan on med-high heat

2Add almonds and mix in with the agave, make sure they are all covered

3Constantly stirring let agave softly boil around almonds 10-15 mins

4When the almonds and agave start to smell and look slightly burnt, remove from heat

5Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper. Separate the almonds from each other , and let cool (speed the process up by putting in the fridge or freezer)


1 cup of almonds

½ cup of agave
