Sugar Free Eggless Cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Grease and flour a baking tin

2Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together by passing them through a sieve a couple of times.

3In a large bowl, add the melted butter. Add erythritol and stevia to the mix.

4Add milk, vanilla extract and heavy cream to the mix. Mix well.

5Add the dry ingredients. Mix well.

6Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

7Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes


1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup erythritol

2 tsp stevia

1/4 cup + 2tbsp milk

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream
