A Sugar Free Peach Cobbler That Even Grandma Will Love!

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.

2For the batter: Add melted butter into a 9x11 inch pan.

3Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.

4Add in the milk, egg, and agave nectar (room temperature) to the dry mixture. Mix it all together.

5Pour batter evenly over melted butter in the 9x11 pan.

6For the filling, combine peaches, coconut sugar, & spices and spread over the batter. Don't stir it!

7Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the batter comes to the top and is golden brown. Serve warm with cream.

Ingredients

Batter

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup of flour

1/2 cup agave

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 cup room temperature milk

1 room temperature egg

Filling

1 can of sliced peaches, drained (make sure the brand you buy is sugar free) or use 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced.

1 cup coconut sugar (low glycemic)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg
