Sugar Free Pineapple Cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes Grease and flour a baking tin

2Beat the eggs. Add erythritol, stevia, vanilla extract, butter, and milk. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

3Add pineapple pieces to the batter. Pour the batter into the baking tin, garnish with pineapple cubes and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

4Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes


2 eggs

1/4 cup. erythritol

1 1/2 tsp. stevia

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup of soft butter

1/2 cup milk

1 3/4 cup of sifted common flour

1 3/4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 ½ cups of pineapple, cubed
