1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs. Beat in rest of ingredients.
3Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
4Bake for 15 minutes, then Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
5Cool on wire rack.
A 9-inch pie pastry
A 16-ounce can of pumpkin
A 12-ounce can of evaporated milk
3/4 cup of Agave Nectar
1/4 teaspoon of saltYou can replace the following 4 items with 2 Teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice if you like
