Sugar Free Spice Cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes Grease and flour a baking tin.

2Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together by passing them through a sieve a couple of times.

3Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add erythritol, stevia, vanilla extract, and spices to the mix. Add the dry ingredients, milk, melted butter, and mix well.

4Pour the batter into a baking tin and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

5Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes. Cut the cake in slices and serve.


1 ¾ cup of sifted common flour

1 ¾ tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. baking soda

2 eggs

¼ cup. erythritol

1 ½ tsp. stevia

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

½ cup milk

½ cup of soft butter


½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

3-4 cardamom pods
