Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and agave together in a mixer until smooth.

2Beat in almond butter and egg white and mix in the vanilla & almond extracts. Mix flour and salt together. Slowly beat in flour and salt to main mixture.

3Scoop tsp. sized dough balls on a non-stick baking sheet. It should make you around 24 cookies. Press an almond into the center of each cookie.

4Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Cool cookies & make sure to enjoy!

2/3 cup of softened butter (margarine if you want it to be dairy-free)

1/2 cup of agave

1/3 cup of almond butter

1 egg white

1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. of almond extract

1 1/3 cups of flour

1/4 tsp. of salt

24 whole almonds

First things first, lets collect all the ingredients we need for this recipe.
