May 29, 2015 1Preheat The Oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
2Beat the egg, almond milk, and butter together. Then throw the rest of the ingredients in there and beat until the flour is just moistened (Don't overbeat it!). You should expect a bit of a lumpy batter, this is normal.
3Pour the mixture into your muffin tins until each pocket is about 2/3rd's full.
4Bake for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown.
5Make sure you remove the muffins from the pan fairly promptly in order to have a crispier bottom (much more tasty this way!) 1/3 of a Cup of Agave Nectar
A Pinch of Stevia Organic Extract Powder (Optional).
1 and 3/4's of a cup of all-purpose flour
2 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
