Sugar Free Licorice – Just Like You Had When You Were A Kid

1Pour the Gelatin, Agave, and Water into the pan.

2Mix until it becomes a spongy lump.

3Turn heat to Medium and stir until it all melts.

4Add the Anise and stir for a short time. (Optional: Add some food colouring to make it whatever colour you want!)

5Pour long strips of liquid onto the tin-foiled pan. Let it set for a bit and put it in the fridge.

6That's all! Take it off, cut into pieces and eat!


3/4 cup of Agave Nectar

7 packets of unflavored Knox Gelatin

1 small teflon-coated saucepan

1/2 cup of water, cold

1 tablespoon of Pure Anise Flavoring

1 tinfoil wrapped cookie sheet, coated lightly with oil.
