Sugar Free Marble Cake

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes Grease and flour a baking tin.

2Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together by passing them through a sieve a couple of times.

3Beat the eggs with a mixer until pale and smooth. Add erythritol, stevia and vanilla extract to the mix. Add the dry ingredients with melted butter and milk. Mix well.

4Distribute the cake batter equally in 2 containers, add cocoa powder to one them (but not the other) and mix well.

5Pour the batter alternately into the baking tin, make a couple of swirls with a butter knife and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

6Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes. Cut the cake in slices and serve.

Ingredients

2 cups sifted common flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

2 eggs

¼ cup. erythritol

2 tsp. stevia

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

½ + 2 tbsp. cup milk

½ cup of soft butter

2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Add the eggs to the mixing bowl. Beat the eggs with an electric mixer until it’s pale yellow in color.

Add the erythritol and stevia to the mix.

Add vanilla extract to the mix

Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and soda) to the mix.

Add milk to the mix

Add butter to the mix.

Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer. Distribute the batter equally in 2 bowls. Add cocoa powder to one of them, leaving you with one bowl of batter with chocolate, and one that has no chocolate.

Mix the cocoa cake mix well with an electric mixer

Place the cake tin in a pre-heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
