Here is everything we need to whip us this delightful little dessert.
Add melted butter to your 9×11 baking dish and set aside.
Let’s get our batter ready, mixing all the dry ingredients together, flour, baking soda and salt.
Then add our room temperature milk to the dry mixture.
Next we want to mix in our room temperature egg and agave.
Quickly mix all that together, creating a batter that looks something like this…
Let’s make our filling. Add the coconut sugar to the pre-drained peaches.
Along with the spices.
Give the peaches, sugar and spices a good stir. Set aside.
Pour batter evenly over melted butter.
Spread peaches, sugar and spices over the batter.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the batter comes to the top and is golden brown.
